Skyway Cup 2008

We need your help.  Rich applications that benefit and delight end users in today’s enterprises, built by developers like you, will be a critical component of the Skyway Software vision.  So that you can help us realize our vision as quickly as possible, we have created the Skyway Cup, which will provide almost $50,000 in awards -- no strings attached -- for great solutions built using Skyway Builder.  By creating the Skyway Cup, we want to showcase how members of our Skyway Community are using Skyway Builder to build Rich Internet Applications, as well as demonstrate how our members are using Skyway Builder to serve their specific needs.  Read more here

Skyway Cup Submission Date Extended

August 19, 2008 Announcement

Great news for our Skyway Community members!  The targeted release date of Skyway Builder CE 6.0.2 is early September.  As a result, we have decided to extend the submission timeframe of the Skyway Cup by one month, which means that you now have until September 30th to send us your Skyway Cup entries for an opportunity to win $25,000.  The benefits of this new submission deadline are twofold.  First, it will allow you to use the latest and greatest version of Skyway Builder CE to develop your Skyway Cup submittals.  Furthermore, the extra weeks will give you the chance to leverage the new support resources that are available on our community website, including the Skyway Video Tutorials

Even with the extended submission deadline, the contest winners will still be announced on December 15th.  The Skyway Community voting period also remains unchanged: November 1st - November 30th.  The only timeline shift is with the internal Skyway judging period, which is now shortened to be October 1st through October 31st.
