Overview of Support Resources

The Skyway Forums is a place where Skyway users can find and help one another.  It is also a great place to stay informed of product and community developments and provide feedback.  There are nine categories covering a wide spectrum of topics, including installing, developing applications, deployment and building custom steps.  All Skyway Software teams are very active contributors to the forums.

Unregistered users have read-only access to the Skyway forums.  If you want to contribute to the forums, you must be registered member of SkywayPerspectives.org.  

Feel free to ask questions, but before posting to one of the forums, please:

  • Search for an existing answer to your question.
  • Review the documentation, including the user guide, online help, and wiki.

Skyway Software maintains two public discussion mailing lists for the Skyway Community.
 

The Skyway Wiki contain articles produced by Skyway employees for the Skyway Community.  If you have a suggestion for additional articles that would help the community use or extend Skyway Visual Perspectives, please share your suggestion in the forums.
