I think I found a bug, what should I do?
From Skyway Wiki
First of all, we're sorry you've encountered a problem in the software. Now that you've found it, what should you do next?
You have a couple of options:
1) Look on the forums to see if someone else has reported the same issue and may have found a workaround.
2) Search Jira for a bug that is already logged and see if there is a workaound listed in the bug. If you have a workaround, please post it in the Jira report or on the forums for other users. If you find a bug report, feel free to vote on it or comment on it to let the community know that it is causing you difficulty.
You can access the forums, Jira and our mailing lists on our support page:
If you haven't found a post or an existing bug, then please log a bug in Jira. Here is a link to a sample bug report that shows the sorts of information we're looking for:
Once the bug is logged, it will be reviewed internally and targeted for an upcoming release, or if we don't think we can get to it right away we'll have to target it for an unspecified future release.
Finally, if you really want to take control of your own destiny, grab the code from CVS and fix the problem yourself. The Skyway Community Edition code is available for download. If you think you're going to fix the problem, please note your intentions in the bug report so we can coordinate our efforts with yours. Once the problem is fixed, please submit the fix back to us and we'll review and incorporate it into the next build. The information necessary to get the code can be found here. Your bug fix contribution can be attached to the Jira report as an Eclipse patch. If you're interested in becoming a contributor, please see the Skyway Contributor's Guide
